Part 2 of my San Francisco Tech Series exploring Google, Apple, Meta, and Microsoft campuses and visitor locations around the Bay Area.

I never thought I’d visit the tech giants’ campuses so this was almost surreal. I mean, I use their products. It only makes sense that I visit their campuses and take photos, right?
I didn’t realize how big Google was, but it was a huge campus. It’s beautiful too.
When we went to Apple, we got lost and turned down the wrong road. We ended up at the entrance to Apple Park, or “the ring.” Security redirected us out and then we finally entered through the right entry.
At the Visitor Center, we played with some 3D visuals using their iPad and a giant diorama. It was pretty neat. I tried to use some humor on one of the employees but he was so dry he didn’t catch the joke. I almost thought he was security.
At Meta, there wasn’t a visitor’s center so we just drove by and took photos.
And, same with Microsoft. We just drove by (and yes, that sign was slanted). I know this isn’t Microsoft’s headquarters, but it was still nice to see they have an office in Silicon Valley.
Are you as intrigued by tech companies as I am? I wanted to visit some of the other known ones too, but they weren’t in Silicon Valley. Maybe another time.
