This was a fun and interesting read. Dr. Friedman sounds like a great person with a great sense of humor. He even seems to bring out the humor in his patients. Some of the conversations had me laughing and I even shared some of them with my husband who thought they were funny too.

I don’t know a lot about chiropractors and from what I know, they’re always given a bad rep. This book has changed my thought about them. I mean, it could just be that Dr. Friedman is a very unique and different type of chiropractor, but just knowing how easy going he was and full of jokes, it helps with the stereotyping. I also didn’t know chiropractors did other things such as give advice/opinion on things outside of cracking bones, so that was good to know. However, I’m aware that it could simply be just Dr. Friedman’s style.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book. It was lighthearted and puts you at ease about what chiropractors do. I found the section about all the famous people the Doc worked with a lot of fun to read, especially about the guy who played Superman in the Lois & Clark TV show (I know the actors name, just don’t want to say it here).

Who should read this book: Anyone who needs a good laugh.

I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway but the opinion is my own.
