Edward Fitzhugh (aka Fitz) is an old-school reporter with a passion for words and grammar. When a serial killer known as the Gravedigger begins terrorizing the city, Fitz is on the case and manages to connect the clues no one else sees. However, his breakthrough comes a little too late.
This was a fun read! I wasn’t expecting the surprise ending at all. I really enjoyed the banter, the grammatical stuff, and how well-developed the characters were in such a short story. Would have loved for it to be a full-on novel.
Who should read this book: Lovers of murder mysteries. I’m sure you’ll agree the story should have been longer.
