For Mother’s Day, in May, one of my sister’s gave the siblings a Cornish hen recipe. I finally made it this month and it was delicious. It was so easy to make. The rub mix and Rosemary herb she included were the perfect combination.
I still have some leftover rub mix and the Rosemary, so I’ll be making another one of these.

I also made the same recipe. The rub is good for three cornish hens. I made three on three separate occasions. They were good. It was simple to make.
