From My Corner of the Universe

During lunch yesterday, I glanced over to the edge of the dinning table where this orchid was and was taken by surprise at seeing this bright magenta bloom.  It had taken forever for it to bloom.  I believe it was late spring when it grew a new stem but due to over watering some days and dry spells on other days, I didn’t think it would make it, so it’s a wonderful surprise.
