First Snow 2013
It snowed this morning. My daughter was anxious to go out and play before heading off to school. It was cold and windy with snow blowing everywhere, but it was quite beautiful.
Snow, Go Away

The Snowstorm
That snowstorm we were supposed to get earlier this week came and went without much notice. There's not a trace of it anywhere...except for the photo I took of it that morning. Right now, the sun is shining and it's gorgeous outside.
A Cold Day At Lake Dillon
Over the weekend, the family took a drive just north of Silverthorne to Green Mountain Reservoir, but when we got there, it was not what we had expected. It finally snowed this month. We were supposed to get blizzard-like snow but instead, we got lots of wind and a nice dusting of flaky snow. It's pretty and peaceful (as always) but extremely cold. Peaceful Snow
It began snowing around 7pm last night. Big wet flakes were blown around by the wind just as we took Kida to her dance class. This morning the thin blanket of snow was an amazing peaceful scene.
