This is a fine beauty. I've heard that it's hard to start using it. I'd have to agree. I had ideas for it while it was in transit, but now that it's in my hands, I don't know if I can do anything other than stare at it.
Digital Scrapbooking Challenge in January
Just for the month of January, I'm going to give some of my time to digi-scrapping. It's been a very long time (it feels that way) since I've done any digi-scrapping. I've been purchasing digital kits since 2010 but within the last year or two I've slowly tapered down to creating nothing, but still buying... Continue Reading →

Autumn Haze

M-O-O-N
Spells lunar eclipse! I just got done reading The Stand by Stephen King, if you know what I mean. 🙂 The other day the family went out to see the lunar eclipse. It was amazing. Husband used the Nikkor 55-200 lens and tripod to capture it.
August Random Photos
This was a busy month with the kids starting school and all but I was able to capture a couple of exciting things. The magnolia tree (bush) bloomed. It normally blooms in the spring, but with the wild weather we've been having, I think the magnolia forgot what season it was. With the wildfires in... Continue Reading →
