Taurus WIP
Decided to get going on the Taurus drawing. This is what I use to draw: sketching pencils, an erasure, two size pencil sharpener (for the larger pencils that don't fit in the electric sharpener), the sketchbook, music, and the electric sharpener.

My daughter finished regional competitions this year. She is very passionate about dance and it shows. Here she is captured (by a professional) doing a leap.
Cistena Plum Bush

May Snow
I didn't believe we could get snow in the middle of May, but it happened. We planted four aspen trees a few days ago. I hope they make it. The peony was doing so well but now I'm worried.

Magenta Orchid
The magenta orchid in the master bath has bloomed.
First Magnolia Blooms
Last year the magnolia didn't bloom because of the late snow. She budded but was too weak to bloom. This year, she fought the snow.

These days, it's been difficult to capture my youngest. I was really happy (and surprised) when she offered to pose for a few shots, but just as quickly, after the few shots, she ran off even as I begged for "just a couple more!" Oh well. I'm happy to have gotten this shot.
